Grilled mandarin fish
Overview
I originally planned not to add chili pepper, but I don’t like it without spicy food, just like I don’t like it without meat 😂

To prepare, cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger. Wash the fish and marinate it with cooking wine and ginger slices for ten minutes. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.
-
Coat the marinated fish with a layer of sweet potato flour and then a layer of eggs, fry in oil until both sides are slightly brown, remove and set aside.
-
Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the ginger slices until fragrant, add hot water, not too much water just enough to cover the fish, add the previously fried fish and tofu, add the onion-flavored soy sauce, and cook two small rock sugars for about ten minutes
-
Cook over high heat for ten minutes. When there is only a little bit of soup left, add a little salt and a little dark soy sauce. After cooking for a minute or two, take out the fish and tofu. Just pour the remaining soup to thicken the fish. I originally planned to eat it like this but I still want something spicy, so I added the next step😊
-
Put some chili noodles on the fish. If you like it spicy, put more. It depends on your personal taste. Add green onions. Heat the oil in the pot. When you see the oil smoking, you can pour it on the body. The oil must be hot enough to smoke☺

It’s totally okay to eat a fish by yourself😂
