Roasted yellow croaker
Overview
The fish seller said that this yellow croaker is different from the previous ones. It is a wild deep-sea yellow croaker. I don’t know whether it is true or not, so I bought some and made just one plate. It tastes very fresh. Maybe it is really wild in the deep sea. I want to believe it, haha

Wash and scale the yellow croaker

Pat some flour on the fish

After the oil is hot, place the floured fish

Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides, leaving the bottom oil, pour out the excess oil, add chopped green onion, ginger and star anise and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little sugar, sliced pork belly and stew together with the fish
