Peel the carrots and put them in a juicer to squeeze the juice. PS: If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a grater to grind it into powder and set aside.

Take out the carrot juice and carrot pulp. Mainly use the remaining carrot residue to make fillings, and save the carrot juice for the elderly to drink.

Add cooking wine, salt, MSG, and ginger into the pork filling and marinate for more than 5 minutes. After that, stir together with the carrot pulp and minced green onion.

After mixing the filling, roll into balls of appropriate size.

Use another plate to properly place some stick noodles.

Gently roll the stuffed carrot balls on the plate so that the surface is coated with cornmeal. If it feels too thin, add a little water to the dumplings a few times and continue with the previous steps.

Dip all the carrot stuffed dumplings into the stick noodles and steam them in a steamer. After the water boils, steam for 25 minutes.
