  1. Wash and blanch the purchased pork bones and set aside

  2. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into hob pieces,

  3. Peel, wash, and cut the yam into small sections (because I bought small ones, so smaller sections are better. If you buy large ones, use the same hob block),

  4. Wash the wolfberry, candied dates, northern and southern apricots and ginger and set aside,

  5. Put the blanched pork bones and the ingredients prepared in the above steps into the soup pot and start to cook on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for at least an hour (I used a rice cooker because I was in a dormitory and it was inconvenient)
