Cut green onions and red pepper into sections.

Wash the spinach stalks, drain them, drain them under cold water, cut them into sections, squeeze out the excess water, and cut the dried tofu into strips.

Heat a pot, add a little oil, add onions and peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Stir-fry the spinach stalks and dried tofu for a few times. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste and mix well.
