Cheese Bun
Overview
This is a bread that has been popular for a long time. I have always wanted to try making it, and finally succeeded after making it for the third time! Cheers!

This time, I forgot to take the third failed picture of the previous two. You should put the ingredients other than butter into the bread machine, start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes, then add butter and start the dough mixing program for 20 minutes. Then start the fermentation program. The fermentation program time of my bread machine is one and a half hours. After fermentation, use your fingers to touch the dough. If it does not shrink back, it means it is fermented.

The amount I have is suitable for two 6-inch loaves. So, divide the fermented dough into two parts, roll them into balls, and put them in a 6-inch cake pan for the second fermentation. I read other people's recipes and they all fermented 2.5 times in 45 minutes, but my dough took a nap to ferment so big. I don't know why!

Preheat oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes. I tried it, but it was a bit mushy and dark, so next time I can lower the temperature and it doesn’t take as long. And also cover it with tin foil, otherwise the surface will be mushy.

After baking, let it cool down. It's a bit overcooked, but it's crispy and delicious.

Make two cuts in the bread to put the cheese in. I forgot to take a picture of making cheese in the middle. It is actually very simple. Just stir the cheese with milk powder, milk and sugar powder until there are no particles, and then spread it evenly on the bread.
-
Pour the milk powder into the plate
-
Dip both sides of the bread in milk powder.

After placing it, sprinkle some milk powder on top. That’s it!
