Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the cowboy bones, then soak them in a basin to remove the blood
-
Cut potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots into cubes, dice onions, and mince garlic
-
Get a pan and dry-fry the beef ribs for about 3 minutes on top and bottom
-
When frying the beef ribs, take another pot and pour 40% hot water. After the beef ribs are fried, put it into the water and bring to a boil. Be careful to skim off the foam
-
Wash the pan and reheat it, pour a little olive oil, then add the chopped tomatoes, carrots, onions, and potatoes and stir-fry together (it is best to stir-fry the tomatoes first, stir-fry the red oil and then add the other ingredients, so that the color of the soup will be darker). Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and tomato sauce and stir well, then scoop in two tablespoons of the beef bone soup that is being cooked and simmer for 3 minutes
-
Pour the stewed ingredients into the pot and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes
-
Add salt at the end and cook for another 2 minutes before serving
