Prepare the ingredients. The fish paste is prepared in advance. This involves peeling the skin, removing the spines, and grinding it into puree.

Cut onions, ginger and carrots into sections and blend in a food processor until pureed

Put the fish puree and the above puree into the food processor and twist it once, take it out and beat in an egg and mix well

Add the seasonings, stir in one direction while adding starch, stir well

Shape into small balls, ok. If you can't eat it, freeze it for storage. It can be made into soups, hot pot, steamed, or fried. It's all delicious.
