Double Melon Salad
Overview
I rarely ate chayote (Gasho melon) in the past, but I occasionally saw online posts about it being eaten cold and raw, so I made a note of it. I often eat salad these days, so I bought one, mixed it with cucumber, mixed it with the less sour Italian Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Dressing, and sprinkled it with bacon minced McCormick Bac'n Pieces. It was really good.
