Stir-fried green beans
Overview
When people say stir-fried beans, they will think of deep-frying, which makes them fat. I forgot where I saw a few dishes yesterday that were not ordered when going to a restaurant, including stir-fried beans. There is no guarantee that the oil used to fry the beans is healthy. Today, I suddenly decided to break the traditional method and make an improved version of low-oil, low-fat and delicious dry-stirred beans
