  1. Wash the konjac knots with clean water;

  2. Shred cucumbers and carrots, chop garlic, ginger and millet, and cut coriander into sections and set aside;

  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, pour in the konjac knots and bring to a boil;

  4. When the konjac knots are almost cooked, add the carrots and blanch them;

  5. Remove the carrot shreds and konjac knots and drain them in clean water;

  6. Pour in cucumber shreds, ginger shreds, minced garlic, and spicy millet;

  7. Pour in the smoking hot oil;

  8. Pour in 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of chili oil, appropriate amount of salt, and stir evenly;

  9. Pour in the coriander and chives and stir again
