Wash the chicken legs, wipe them dry and pour in the salt-baked chicken powder. Wear disposable gloves and apply the chicken legs evenly.

Put the chicken legs into a plastic bag and put them in the refrigerator overnight.

Clean and dry the pot of the rice cooker, add two tablespoons of cooking oil and put a few slices of ginger on top.

Put the chicken legs on top.

Close the lid and allow one hour to start.
