First boil the sugar water, pour the water and syrup into the milk pot

Add 360g of granulated sugar and cook over medium heat until the sugar water reaches 145 degrees

While the sugar water is boiling, add salt to the egg whites, add sugar in batches, and beat until stiff peaks form.

Slowly add the boiled sugar water to the beaten meringue and mix quickly with a whisk.

Add butter and mix well.

Add milk powder and continue to stir evenly.

Pour the sauce onto the peanuts and knead quickly to mix well.

Shape the mixed sugar into a rectangular shape, let it cool to room temperature, and cut it into pieces.
