Prepare dried chili peppers, star anise, coriander, cut ginger into small pieces, crush garlic and chop a few times.

Slices of cooked conch meat.

Heat the oil in a pan. Heat the oil 80% and sauté the ginger, star anise, dried chili pepper and Sichuan peppercorn powder until fragrant.

Add the conch meat and stir-fry for a few times. Add salt and continue to stir-fry.

Turn off the heat, add garlic and coriander (half) and stir-fry evenly.

Remove from pan and sprinkle in remaining coriander.
