Wash the clams by spitting water

Pour boiling water into the opening (put a few slices of ginger in the water to remove the smell)

After opening, remove and control the moisture

Sauté ginger and garlic in hot oil

Add chili rings and glutinous rice cake chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the clams and stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce to taste and serve
