6. 6 Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, etc. and saute until fragrant

10. 10 Stir-fry for a while, put it in a casserole and add water. When the soup is about to boil, skim off the floating residue.

12. 12 Add large pieces of onion, ginger, and garlic, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes. Do not add salt first

    

13. 13 Cover the pot and simmer until it is 7-8 minutes thick. Add salt and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
