After washing the white radish, cut off the four sides with the skin, and then cut it into small pieces. The skin of the radish will be left very crispy, and the middle part of the radish will be used for cooking separately

Add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for half a day

The pickled radish is soft when it comes out of water

Add vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce and prunes to the pot, bring to a boil and stir until the sugar melts, then turn off the heat and cool

Squeeze out the water from the pickled radish and put it in a crisper
