Pumpkin little golden mouse
Overview
I saw this little mouse on the Internet and I thought it was very fun. It’s such a cute little mouse. I wanted to make it for my children. The children happily did it with me. To be honest, it’s best to do these things alone. Don’t be anxious to do it well. I have this little thing to make trouble for me. It’s very good. It’s not ideal. It took a long time for the second proofing. It turned into a little fat mouse. It has been in the draft box and I didn’t feel embarrassed to post it. I wanted to delete it today. I read it again. Anyway, I made it, so I will post a recipe. Although the image is not very good-looking, it is definitely fluffy and soft and very delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Peel 125 grams of pumpkin, slice it into slices and steam until cooked, about fifteen minutes.
-
Mash into puree while hot.
-
Add 2 grams of yeast and a spoonful of sugar and mix well. Add flour in batches and stir while adding. After stirring into a large flour, knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for an hour.
-
Let rise until doubled in size.
-
Knead to release air and roll into long strips.
-
Divide into six equal portions, leaving a small amount for auxiliary ingredients.
-
Round each one.
-
Take one and roll it into a vertebra shape to make the body of a little mouse.
-
Use the auxiliary ingredients to form into long strips.
-
Cut into six equal parts.
-
Take one and press it, and arrange the two sides into an oval.
-
Then cut it from the middle, and here are six pairs of little mouse ears.
-
Then use the auxiliary materials to roll into a long strip that is slightly thinner on one side to make the tail of the little mouse.
-
Turn the little mouse over and cut it into four legs with scissors.
-
Turn over, press the foot outwards and flatten it, and use a knife to press out the toes.
-
To install the ears, you can glue them on with water first, and then press them with chopsticks to make them firmer.
-
Use black beans to make eyes.
-
Cut two more beards.
-
Attach the tail, add some water, and poke it with chopsticks to make it firmer.
-
A little mouse is ready.
-
After everything is done, brush some oil on the curtain, put it in, cover it, and let it rise for about ten minutes. When steaming, be sure to boil the water in the pot, steam for ten minutes, and simmer for three minutes.
-
It's out of the pan. It's very fluffy and soft when you pinch it. Break it open and take a look. The internal structure is evenly honeycombed and in very good condition.
-
It's a bit fat, so it's not ideal, but it's still good for coaxing children to play, mainly because it's really delicious!
