Stir-fried chicken with carrots and fungus
Overview
After being lazy all summer, I started cooking seriously. The price of pork has increased, so I use chicken instead of pork to make a home-cooked dish. I think the chicken is more tender, delicious and less meaty

Slice the chicken, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of starch, stir evenly, and let it sit for a while.

Cut the carrots into diamond-shaped slices, blanch them in boiling water until they are raw, remove them and put them in cold water to cool, drain them and set aside.

Soak the fungus in advance and wash it.

Cut onions into rings and mince garlic.

In a small bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, an appropriate amount of starch, and an appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, heat the oil, add the chicken and stir-fry until it turns white.

Add onions and garlic and saute until fragrant, add carrots and fungus and stir-fry.
