Vermicelli

Bring the water to a boil, add the vermicelli and cook until soft. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes

Then pour it out and rinse with cold water

Drain and put into a dish, cut into several sections with scissors

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant

Stir-fry the shredded carrots until soft (cut the carrots into shreds, wash and drain the bean sprouts and reserve for the picture to be eaten by the devil)

Add bean sprouts and stir fry until cooked for about 2 minutes
