Egg Fried Rice
Overview
I loved egg fried rice when I was a kid, and my son also loves it. I just want to say, it’s great, we like to eat the same thing, and I don’t have to cook it for him!

Prepare purple potatoes, sausage, corn kernels, and green onions.

Crack an egg into the rice and mix well so that every grain of rice is coated with the egg liquid.

Pour a little base oil into the pot, heat the oil and add half of the green onions.

Stir-fry the scallions and add the purple potatoes.

When the potatoes are half cooked, add the corn kernels.

After the corn and purple potatoes are cooked, add the eggs wrapped in them and stir-fry. After the rice grains are separated, add salt, chicken essence and MSG

Finally add the sausage (the sausage is not steamed in the pressure cooker when steaming rice, but is cooked)

Finally, we put it on a plate, add some chopped chives, and it’s ready to eat!
