Wash and peel the loofah, slice diagonally and set aside.

Set aside five-spice dried tofu.

Cut into strips.

Cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add red pepper and sauté until fragrant, then add luffa and dried tofu, season with an appropriate amount of salt and a little light soy sauce, stir-fry a few times.
