Cured Meat Claypot Rice
Overview
I especially like to eat claypot rice. The simplest one is cured rice. It’s delicious and filling when you don’t have much to eat. The piping hot rice is served, the sizzling sauce is poured over it, and then the crispy and fragrant rice crackers make your mouth water just thinking about it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Have materials ready.
-
Wash the rice, add a little salt, mix well and leave it for half an hour.
-
Spread a layer of oil in a casserole, add fragrant rice, and add water in a ratio of 1:1. I personally like drier rice. Cover the stove and cook over low heat until the rice just absorbs the water.
-
Cut the sausage into thin slices.
-
Wash and blanch the cabbage.
-
Add the sausage and bacon, cover and simmer for ten minutes before turning off the heat.
-
Mix the soy sauce and oyster sauce and pour it over the rice while it is still hot when you open the lid.
-
Mix well and eat.
