Wash the river shrimp and set aside.

Cut the garlic into small pieces.

Soak dried fungus.

Break open the dry red pepper, shred the ginger, and slice the garlic.

Appropriate amount of pepper.

Heat the oil and fry the pepper until fragrant.

Saute red pepper segments and garlic slices until fragrant.

Pour in the garlic cloves and fungus and stir-fry evenly.

Add river prawns and stir-fry.

Half a spoonful of light soy sauce.

A spoonful of oyster sauce.
