Overview
My son loves meat, so making this bread for him is mainly about the perfect combination of bread and meat.

Steps
-
All materials are organized and ready for kneading.
-
Weigh out the bread flour, milk powder and eggs. I added two portions, so I used one egg.
-
Put sugar and salt.
-
Prepare activated yeast
-
Add water
-
Add sugar
-
Stir for 5 minutes while the yeast begins to work
-
Pour in the yeast and water and start the real work
-
Use a chef's machine to mix at setting 2 and stir at setting 3-4
-
Knead until it expands and prepare to add oil.
-
Add butter. If there is no butter, add an equal amount of corn oil.
-
Knead until fully expanded, which is the glove membrane.
-
Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. Cover with plastic wrap and pay attention to moisturizing throughout the process.
-
Take out the risen dough, deflate it, let it rise for 15 minutes, and prepare for shaping.
-
Cut the sausage in half. This recipe takes too much sausage. You can't make a few loaves from a pack of ham sausages. You can make more loaves by cutting it in half.
-
The amount of dough recipe is enough to make three hot dog buns. Divide the dough into three parts and roll it out to the height of the sausage array. The length should be about 15 centimeters longer than the entire sausage array.
-
Weave the noodles evenly into the sausage.
-
Slightly press down the extra parts on both sides
-
Stuff the extra white space directly under the bread. It is beautiful and does not affect the overall texture of the bread. Prepare the second serve. Just make the second serve slightly larger. You can clearly feel that the overall size has become larger, and that's it.
-
Brush with egg wash first, then sprinkle with cheese powder, sea salt, and sesame seeds
-
Bake time is 170° for 20 minutes.
