Wash the asparagus and cut off the old ends

Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices

Steam the asparagus and potatoes for about 10 minutes

Cut bacon into small pieces

Put it into a pot and stir-fry out the oil

Remove and use kitchen towel to absorb excess oil

Cut off the tender heads of steamed asparagus for serving, and cut the other parts into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of water and half a box of soup stock into the pot and cook until melted

Place the steamed potatoes and asparagus segments into a food processor

Add the cooked stock

Start the machine and whip

Return the pureed asparagus soup to the pot and heat

Add some butter

Add appropriate amount of milk and stir to form a thick paste

Add some salt and black pepper to taste and turn off the heat

Put the asparagus heads and a few bacon bits on the plate
