Overview
Beef is a commonly eaten ingredient at home. My husband always says that the little one is growing and he should eat more beef to stay strong. So, basically I have to eat it once a week. I usually stew it, but I always get tired of it. This time I changed it to sauce and it tastes so rich~ Ingredients: Ingredients: 500g beef, 300g potatoes Seasoning: 2 tablespoons bean paste, 2g salt Spices: 2 sections green onion, 3 slices ginger, 2 dried chili peppers, 1 star anise, 1 piece cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorns, 10ml cooking wine Amount of water: 150ml

Beef cut into large pieces
