Stir-fried sea mushroom
Overview
Sea antler is a nutritious and delicious green natural food from brown algae. It is a wild and natural deep-sea plant; it is the most precious and rare member of deep-sea plants. Due to the very harsh conditions for the growth of sea antler, only a small amount of it can grow in the unpolluted waters off the coast of the South China Sea in Chile. Sea mushroom is rich in calcium, iodine, iron, potassium, fiber, carotene, seaweed gel and other nutrients that are indispensable to the human body. A small handful of dried sea antler.

Soak in cold water for about 3 hours until soaked.

Cut into sections with a knife.

Shred the onion and ginger, and cut the pepper into small cubes.

Put peanut oil in the pot, heat it up, add green onions and saute until fragrant. Add chili and ginger and stir.
