Potato Bolognese Noodles
Overview
Children like to eat noodles and always say: No one can resist the delicious noodles made by their mother. 😊So I often change the flavors to make noodles. Today I used potatoes, which tasted great. The children each ate a big bowl. There is nothing more fulfilling than having family members who love to eat their own dishes!

Steps
-
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and steam them in a pot, then use a small spoon or spatula to mash them
-
Chop lean pork into minced meat
-
Cut some fat and fry it in oil, so that the fried potato meat sauce will be more fragrant
-
Heat up the oil pan and start frying the sauce. This is the fried sauce. I didn’t have time to take a picture of the steps, so I’ll explain it in words. 1. Heat the pot and add a small amount of rapeseed oil. 2. Put the cut fat into a frying pan and fry it dry. You can control the amount of oil. You can pour out more if you like, but you should leave twice as much oil as usual for cooking. 3. Add ginger, minced garlic, and dried pepper segments (don’t add them if you don’t like spicy food) and stir-fry until fragrant, then add minced meat and stir-fry until the minced meat turns yellow and fragrant. Add a tablespoon of soybean paste, a small amount of dark soy sauce, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt. Continue stir-frying for a few times. Then add mashed potatoes and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook for two minutes. Season with chicken essence.

Boil another pot of water. When the water is almost boiling, add dry noodles and cook for a few minutes. When the noodles are cooked, take them out and put them into a bowl

Pour two spoonfuls of potato meat sauce, mix well, and serve. It doesn’t look very good, but it tastes great
