Overview
This is an innovative dish I made by myself. I have made a similar dish before. It was stewed with soup and the taste was very good. Today I improved it and made a dry stir-fry with a charred aroma. The taste is different. It is spicy in the aroma and a little numb in the spicy. The tofu is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It is very delicious😋

First cut the tofu into triangles as thick as the head of a chopstick, dip in cornstarch and fry on both sides until golden brown and set aside.
