Oatmeal noodles, sesame and peach cake
Overview
Peach cake is the most homely and down-to-earth Chinese snack, and it is also very simple to make. However, its high oil and sugar content is no longer in line with modern health concepts. Today, I added part of the oatmeal noodles to this peach cake, which not only increases the nutrition of the whole grains, but also has a crispier texture, which is very delicious!

Mix corn oil, egg liquid, and caster sugar.

Mix flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and baking soda.
