Ingredients
Steps
-
First add the flour with yeast, sugar, oil and milk to form a dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place for fermentation. I forgot to take pictures when making the dough. Wash the tenderloin
-
Cut the tenderloin into cubes
-
Cover a baking sheet with tin foil. Take out the fermented dough and place it on the baking sheet. Press it into a pizza base with your hands. Poke some holes with a fork to prevent it from swelling during baking. Brush the tomato sauce evenly on it and put it in the oven for secondary fermentation.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the diced tenderloin and cook, remove and drain the water and set aside, dice the onions and green peppers and set aside
-
Take out the secondary fermented pizza base, sprinkle with a layer of shredded cheese, add diced onions, diced green peppers, corn kernels and diced meat, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
-
Then sprinkle a layer of grated cheese evenly
-
Place back in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted
