Steps
-
Boil the eggs in an iron pot, peel the shells, score a few lines on the eggs to facilitate the flavor, and then put them in a casserole. Pour in room temperature beer, covering the eggs.
-
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for coloring and freshness, add four or five pieces of rock sugar, boil the eggs over high heat, and keep the heat low (beer will spurt out when turned on high). You can turn off the heat after 40 minutes. If you feel it is too salty, you can add some sugar along the way.
-
Take out of the pot and eat. After it cools down, the malty aroma of the beer mixes with the flavor of the eggs. It’s so fragrant that you can eat a few.
