Fungus and yam
Overview
Yam is both a good edible vegetable and a commonly used medicinal material. The meat is white in color, sweet in taste and powdery enough. It can clear away heat and detoxify, nourish the spleen and stomach, and remove cold and heat evil spirits. It has been the main ingredient of Bazhen Cake, a good nourishing product since the Ming Dynasty. It has the effects of nourishing yin and strengthening yang, and regulating the body's immunity.

Wash the yam, peel it, cut with an oblique blade, and set aside.

Sauté the onion and ginger in the pot, reduce the heat to low, add the yam, and stir-fry.

Cook in the balsamic vinegar, add 20g of water, and stir-fry to prevent sticking to the pan.

Stir-fry the yam until raw, add black fungus and salt, and continue to stir-fry.

Sprinkle in the coriander powder, turn the spoon and turn off the heat.
