Stir-fried yam with small fungus
Overview
This is a nutritious and healthy dish that is refreshing, goes well with meals, and is loved by the family. Bao's mother usually doesn't go out of her way to mix dishes. Every time she cooks, she checks what ingredients are available at home, and then mixes them randomly based on experience. It's always delicious. Usually when I go to the vegetable market, I don’t buy too expensive vegetables. Seasonal, fresh and inexpensive vegetables are my first choice! For today’s ingredients, Mom chose yam, fungus, tenderloin, and colored peppers. The ingredients are not expensive, but very nutritious. The tenderloin in the recipe can also be replaced with eggs, and the taste is great!
