Love Pumpkin Pie
Overview
Speaking of pumpkin pie, most people may not include it in the list of home-cooked dishes, but prefer to eat it as a dessert or snack, so I am also more willing to use it as a dessert and eat one or two after a sumptuous reunion dinner to relieve boredom. Of course, for babies who have just learned to eat, it is enough to be their staple food. My preparation method has been improved! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
First cut the pumpkin into pieces or slices. As long as it can be steamed, it doesn’t matter how it is cut into pieces. It must be mashed into puree anyway
-
Use a steamer or rice cooker to steam the pumpkin. Make sure it is soft enough
-
Then mash the pumpkin into a paste
-
Add a spoonful of sugar (of course it depends on your personal taste, just add more sugar if you like it sweeter), and then sift in the glutinous rice flour (the usual method is to only add glutinous rice flour, but I added the same amount of corn flour, because I personally think that whole grains are easier to absorb, and one more ingredient can provide different nutrients)
-
Sift and stir until the flour and pumpkin are completely blended and you feel like you can shape it
-
Then put a little oil in the pan, knead the pumpkin puree into a cake shape, preferably no more than one centimeter thick, put it in the pan and start frying. Of course, you can also shape it into any shape you like. When frying, don’t heat it up too much or it will get burnt easily
-
Fry both sides until golden brown and you're done
