Ingredients
Steps
-
One measuring cup of rice and one handful of glutinous rice. Adding some glutinous rice will make the porridge thicker
-
Wash the rice and add water until it is just a little under the steaming grid of the rice cooker. The porridge is neither thin nor thick. Add a glass lid and cook without the airtight lid
-
Ingredients: half a corn, a few florets of broccoli, an appropriate amount of minced meat (add garlic and ginger to the minced meat and stir, do not add more to the porridge)
-
Boil water in a small pot and blanch the broccoli. Break the flowers apart and wash them carefully. Diamondbacks can easily hide inside
-
Cut corn and broccoli into small pieces and set aside
-
Simmer the porridge for about ten minutes, stir in the minced meat and continue to simmer for another three to five minutes
-
Add corn kernels, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and a little soy sauce to taste, and continue to simmer for about two minutes
-
Add broccoli and stir evenly, then sprinkle some chopped green onion and turn off the power. The remaining heat of the porridge will cook the broccoli
