Yesterday was our little Guozi’s birthday, so I made this chicken skewers for her to eat. You can make it yourself cleanly, rest assured, and it tastes good. The children had a great time eating.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and dry chicken legs.
-
Remove the leg bones. If you don't like the skin, you can peel it. Our kids like the skin, so I didn't do it.
-
Cut the chicken thigh meat into large pieces of about two centimeters.
-
Slice onion, shred ginger, and slice garlic.
-
Pour the onions, ginger, and garlic into the chicken legs, then add light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, cooking oil, and black pepper.
-
Mix well and cover with plastic wrap to marinate overnight.
-
Take out the marinated chicken legs and skewer them with bamboo skewers.
-
Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
-
Make a sauce with light soy sauce, honey, white sesame seeds and a little vegetable oil.
-
Preheat oven. Bake the lower and middle layers at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, taking out and turning twice in the middle to coat with juice.
-
Sprinkle with natural grains while hot and serve.
