Wash the spareribs, soak them in water and cooking wine for 15 minutes, then drain

Prepare onion segments, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, cumin, cloves and vanilla berries

Wrap the above spices in gauze

Heat oil in a pan, add sugar over low heat and stir-fry pork ribs until browned

Add enough water to the pot to start skimming

Put the seasoning packet

Pour cooking wine
-
Put soy sauce
-
Add scallions and ginger slices

Add rock sugar, cover and cook over low heat for 40 minutes

Add salt and continue to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes
