Wash the beef, cut it into thin pieces,

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces and set aside

Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces. A few slices of ginger and 1 garlic clove. Cut the pepper into small pieces

Add oil to the pot first. When the oil is hot, add beef and spread the beef in a flat layer. After a minute, flip to the other side. 2. When the 2nd side is cooked, add the ginger, garlic, pepper, and carrots and stir-fry evenly. When the 2nd side is cooked, add the tomatoes and stir-fry for a while. 3. Add water, cover the vegetable noodles, cover the pot and simmer for another 40 minutes. 4. Turn the vegetables over every 10 minutes. If there is less water, add an appropriate amount. Make sure the water is at the same level as the meat. No need to add water for the last 15 minutes. Let it slowly absorb the juice. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce before serving.
