The watermelon rind in the north is better than that in the south. It is very thick haha. For me, who likes to eat watermelon rind, this is a good thing. Every time I eat watermelon and see so many thick and crisp watermelon rinds, I want to make something to eat. I have black peanuts given by my friends at home. It is best to boil them and mix them with the watermelon rind. It can also be used as a snack or with porridge. You can make a little more at a time and put it in the refrigerator to eat slowly for a few days~
