This dish I use is a traditional method from the countryside. The tofu passes through the water first and loses oil. In soft defilement. Use older tofu for this recipe. Gorgon powder should also be added a little more. Beautiful, delicious and tender tofu. The simple cooking method maintains the original flavor of tofu.

  1. Danshui Tofu is a bit older. Cut into small pieces and boil in hot water for half a minute. Drain and set aside

  4. Cut the meat into thicker pieces. Heat the oil in the pan. , add tempeh and cooking wine and stir-fry until oil is slightly released, place on a plate and set aside.

  5. Put a little more oil in the pot, add chili sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Bring a little water to a boil. After boiling, add tofu and meat filling. Stew

  6. Add the chili noodles according to your own taste. If you like it spicy, add more. If you don't like it, you can ignore this step.

  7. Thicken this gorgon powder a little more than usual for cooking. Sprinkle with garlic sprouts and chopped green onions and serve. If you like peppercorns, add a little peppercorn powder. The pepper powder must be sprinkled when taking it out of the pot. It tastes fresh enough
