Fail-free strawberry muffins
Overview
Making desserts with our children is a wonderful family time we share together, so let’s start with a simple and easy-to-make mini muffin cake! The combination of strawberries and brown sugar is sour and sweet, sweet but not greasy. I ate two of them at once. (The recipe comes from Mr. Jun)

Use an electronic scale to weigh the ingredients.

Pour eggs, corn oil and milk into a large bowl, add sugar and salt, mix well.

Cut fresh strawberries into small cubes.

Pour the mixed liquid from the first step into the diced strawberries and stir evenly.

Sift together the cake flour and baking powder.

Pour the mixed flour into the liquid mixed in the first and second steps.

Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly (mix from the bottom up, do not stir in circles) until the flour is completely moist.

Spoon the mixed batter into the paper cup mold, not too full.

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
