Stir-fried Hericium Mushrooms

Overview

Today I have a guest at home who doesn’t like spicy food, so I modified the usual Chopped Pepper Hericium Mushroom.

Steps

  1. Wash Hericium erinaceus, squeeze out the water and cut into sections

  2. Sliced Hericium erinaceus (not too thick)

  3. Heat the pot over high heat and add oil

  4. When the oil starts to smoke, immediately add the mushroom slices and stir-fry until golden

  5. Pour in the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a minute, then add seasonings: light soy sauce, steamed fish and black bean sauce, black pepper, a little salt and chicken essence for freshness. Stir-fry until the mushroom slices are evenly colored and then turn off the heat.

  6. Add onion and stir-fry for half a minute until ready to serve.
