Coconut flour donuts
Overview
When I took my daughter to the supermarket, she was very interested in the donuts sold at the baking counter and begged me to learn how to make them when I got home. So I went home and found a baking book, studied with the book, used the existing ingredients at home, modified the pattern, and made coconut flour donuts. Although the coloring was a bit heavy, it was still very popular with my daughter.

Weigh all the ingredients in the main ingredient and put them into the bread bucket.

Place the bread bucket into the bread machine and press the kneading speed.

Add butter and press the kneading speed again.

Put the mixed dough into a small basin and put it in the oven for the first fermentation.

Take out the fermented dough.

Roll into round cake shape.

Use a donut mold to make a donut-shaped dough.

Place the dough dough made from the mold on the baking sheet one by one

Place in the oven for secondary fermentation.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pan and heat it up to 70%.

Put in the risen dough.

Fry over low heat, turning occasionally to ensure even coloring.

Take out the fried donuts, place them on baking paper and drain the oil

Place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for five minutes.

Put the coconut flour and icing sugar into a plate, then put the donuts in and dust both sides with flour.

Dip all donuts in flour and serve.
