Overview

This is a hard dish. In fact, it is not troublesome to make and basically does not require fireworks. The cleaning process in the early stage is a bit troublesome.   7. Add warm water that covers about four to five centimeters of the pig's trotters and start to simmer

  8. Simmer for about an hour. In fact, you have to control the specific time. Check the amount of water occasionally. Use chopsticks to poke the pig's trotters to see if the meat is rotten. Don't stew it. When the juice is almost reduced, add oyster sauce, pepper, chicken essence and salt
