Braised pig trotters
Overview
This is a hard dish. In fact, it is not troublesome to make and basically does not require fireworks. The cleaning process in the early stage is a bit troublesome. You have to soak it several times and then put it in the pot and simmer it in one pot. You do your thing and it stews its hooves. Perfect!

Soak the chopped pig's trotters in clean water and change the water several times. In short, clean them well

Add warm water that covers about four to five centimeters of the pig's trotters and start to simmer

Simmer for about an hour. In fact, you have to control the specific time. Check the amount of water occasionally. Use chopsticks to poke the pig's trotters to see if the meat is rotten. Don't stew it. When the juice is almost reduced, add oyster sauce, pepper, chicken essence and salt

Taste the saltiness to suit your taste and then put it on the plate. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions. If you don’t like green onions, you can leave it out however you like
