Dissolve yeast and baking powder in warm water and make dough! As soft as fried dough stick noodles!

Make green onion cake while the dough is rising! Add cooked sesame seeds, vanilla powder, chopped green onions, thirteen spices, and salt to the sesame oil and mix well

Mix well and add an appropriate amount of flour. Don’t make it too dry, just make it slightly thinner

Divide into three parts, knead the dough, roll it out, crisp up the green onion, and roll it up

After rolling it up, tighten it firmly with your hands (this will create more oil layer)

Finally roll it up and roll it into a cake

Pour oil into the bottom of the pan and heat it up, add the pancakes and turn to low heat 🔥 (I use an aluminum pan)
