Stir-fried sauerkraut with pickled peppers

Wash the sauerkraut you soaked yourself, squeeze out the water, prepare garlic and pickled peppers

Chop the sauerkraut, mince the garlic, and cut the pickled peppers in half.

Heat the pan without adding oil. First add the sauerkraut and fry to dry out the water

As shown in the picture, shovel out and load the disc for later use

Heat the pan again, add oil, add pickled peppers and minced garlic and stir-fry

Add the sauerkraut and stir-fry for a while

Adjust a little oyster sauce, add sugar and fry for a while (the sauerkraut you pickle yourself will not be too salty, if you buy it, season it carefully)

Stir fry for a minute or two, then turn off the heat and serve
