Remove the roots from the radish seedlings, wash them and take them out.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the radish seedlings, take them out and put them in cold water.

Squeeze the water from the radish seedlings and chop them into small pieces.

Add lard to a hot pan, add radish sprouts and stir-fry twice.

Add water and salt and boil for a while.
