Grilled Rabbit with Green Bamboo Shoots
Overview
In the past, there were many rabbit-related delicacies in my hometown, such as rabbit noodles, spicy rabbit cubes, etc., which makes me greedy just thinking about it. This braised rabbit with green bamboo shoots is a common home-cooked dish, but now I can only make it myself in a foreign land. And rabbit meat is also a very healthy meat, so you might as well eat more of it.
